For personalized or custom embroidery, the final design may vary slightly based on fabric texture, thread thickness, and layout.


2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout.
  • We accept payments through secure third‑party processors (Etsy Payments, PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.).
  • We do not store or have access to your payment information.


3. Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Custom orders begin production only after full payment is received.
  • Personalized items (names, dates, initials, custom designs) are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.
  • Please double-check spellings, dates, and instructions before submitting your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing times vary by product and are listed on each item page.
  • Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.


5. Returns & Exchanges

Standard Items

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in like-new condition.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Custom/Personalized Items

  • No returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error.
  • If there is a mistake on our part, we will replace or refund the item.

  • Stitch placement may differ
  • Lace patterns may have minor variations

These are normal characteristics of handmade goods.
