Thank you for supporting handmade embroidery. Every piece is crafted with care, and I want your order to arrive safely and on time.

Processing Time

All items are made by hand. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before your order ships. Custom designs may require a little extra time depending on complexity.

Shipping Methods

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking. Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 5–10 business days, though holiday seasons and carrier delays may extend this timeframe.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or postal issues.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on orders $50+

Orders under $50 ship for $8

International Shipping
International delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

No returns or refunds can be issued for customs-related issues.

We are not responsible for weather or carrier delays.

Rush Orders
Rush processing is available for $15. Please email us before purchasing to confirm availability and timing.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact me within 7 days so I can help resolve the issue.

Holiday Rush
From November–December, please add 2 extra days to all processing times.

For Christmas delivery, place orders by December 15th.
