Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting handmade embroidery. Every piece is crafted with care, and I want your order to arrive safely and on time.

Processing Time

All items are made by hand. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing before your order ships.

Custom designs may require a little extra time, typically 2-3 additional days, depending on the complexity of the embroidery

Shipping Methods

Orders ship via USPS with tracking. Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 5–7 business days, though holiday seasons and carrier delays may extend this timeframe.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or postal issues.

International Shipping

Thank you for your interest. At this time, we’re only able to ship within the United States and do not offer international delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact me within 7 days so I can help resolve the issue.

Holiday Rush
From November–December, please add 2 extra days to all processing times.
For Christmas delivery, place orders by December 15th.
